We’ve ended up with around 80–90 completely unique areas.

There will be small chambers, large 8×8 and 8×10 rooms, a massive 16×20 hall, winding corridors, a cave entrance with a large underground lake, and plenty of cut-out elements like doors, sarcophagi, ruins, and more.
